We are situated on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
Yes! We welcome buyers from outside Australia. Please change the currency on the website to that of your home country by using the drop down box on the bottom right hand side of the website. Please also be aware of any customs duties or import restrictions relevant to your country.
Your order will be sent within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Most orders are sent the next business day.
For Australian buyers it may take up to 7 business days to receive an order. For buyers outside of Australia, orders sent via air mail can take between 5 and 10 business days for delivery while sea mail can take up to 3 months.
For Australian buyers, options include regular post, registered post, express post, and insurance is also available. For buyers outside Australia, options include air mail, registered air mail, sea mail and insured sea mail. We strongly recommend our buyers choose registered post or insurance options so the orders can be tracked and for insurance against damage during transit. Please note that registered post automatically includes insurance up to the value of $100. All products are personally inspected prior to despatching your order so we can be assured they leave here in perfect condition. Magickal Treasures takes no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in the post. Please be aware that if you choose the regular post option and have no insurance or tracking ability on your order, then Magickal Treasures cannot be held responsible for what happens to the order once we have sent it.

We will then let you know if and when more of the product will be available or if we are able to do a special custom order for you. If you agree to a custom order, a non refundable deposit may be required, especially if the product needs to be imported. We will provide you with further details as needed upon your enquiry.

Sorry, no. Due to strict council regulations and also security issues, we are unable to allow pick up of orders in person. We also do not personally deliver orders on the Gold Coast. All orders are sent by mail.
We do not have a physical shop where you can come and browse out products. We are an online store only.
We take a lot of care when packing orders and personally inspect each item prior to despatch so we can be assured it has left us in perfect condition. Should your order be damaged upon receipt, there are several options for you.
If you chose regular post option (that is, not registered and no insurance taken out) for Australia and overseas delivery by air or sea, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. Magickal Treasures is not responsible for orders damaged in transit using regular post option as all orders are despatched in perfect condition. You may enquire with Australia Post however they may not be able to assist you because the package was not registered and you did not take out insurance.
If you chose to take out insurance or registered post option, and your order is damaged upon receipt, this matter will need to be addressed with Australia Post. Please contact Magickal Treasures in the first instance so we can provide you with the necessary details and we will advise you what actions need to be taken by you and/or Magickal Treasures and Australia Post to resolve the matter.
If you are a buyer in Australia, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Please also be aware of any local, state or national public holidays or extreme weather conditions that may delay delivery. If you have not received your order after 10 business days, you can contact Magickal Treasures and we will follow it up for you, however, if you chose regular post option and the order has gone missing in transit, there is nothing that can be done. If your order was insured or sent by registered post, we can provide further details to you and advise you what steps need to be taken to resolve the matter with Australia Post.
If you are a buyer outside of Australia, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery by air mail and up to 3 months for delivery by sea. Please be aware of any local, state or national public holidays in Australia and your home country which may delay delivery. Delivery may also be affected by extreme weather conditions in Australia or your home country. Sometimes deliveries can be delayed by customs and Magickal Treasures has no control over this. If you have not received your order within the timeframes mentioned above, you can contact Magickal Treasures and we will follow it up for you, however, if you chose not to have your order registered and did not take out insurance, and your order has gone missing in the post, then there is nothing that can be done. If your order was insured or sent by registered air mail, we can provide further details to you and advise you what steps need to be taken to resolve the matter.
